Classy mare Zapateo collected her second Black-Type win and provided her sire Brazen Beau with a new Group winner on Saturday, 20 August when she brilliantly won the G3 Toy Show Quality over 1,100m at Royal Randwick in Sydney.
First-up since easily winning the Listed Denise’s Joy Stakes at Scone in mid May, Zapateo raced in fifth position early before jockey Rachel King guided her to the centre of the track in the home straight.
