Fastestwhogetspaid all money at Oaklawn
It was Henny Hughes colt Fastestwhogetspaid who - pun intended - was certainly fastest at Oaklawn Park March 3 to take the Gazebo Stakes. It was the first Stakes victory for the impressive colt. The 1200m race began with Fastestwhogetspaid settling back to bide time on the rail. In the stretch the son of Henny Hughes began to sneak between horses and nailed the lead at the right time. He is the sixth Stakes winner for Henny Hughes.
Fastestwhogetspaid is out of Talk Back, a Stakes winner in Canada. His second dam is Stakes winner Why Not Willie. The colt was bred by Kinghaven Farms Limited.
Henny Hughes was a record-breaking World Champion Sprinter. His brilliant second crop, of which Fastestwhogetspaid is a part, includes G3 Sapling Stakes winner She Digs Me, Stakes winner My Due Process, and season-high Beyer earner/track record-breaking J C's Pride.
Henny Hughes will be represented by a sole lot at the upcoming Adelaide Magic Millions yearling sale, lot 3, a half-brother to the multiple Stakes performer Happy Trails, out of the Perugino mare Madame Flurry.
