Minhaaj provided reward for the faith of her new owners and added yet another Stakes success to the record of her sire Exceed And Excel when she scored a resolute win Saturday’s G3 Nivison Stakes at Randwick.
Already a Stakes winner as a 2YO, Minhaaj was offered at the recent Shadwell Stud dispersal sale at Magic Millions in May where Rosemont Stud paid $1.8 million for her.
Having her first start since that sale, Minhaaj seized an opportunity that presented itself near the inside fence and sprinted powerfully to the line to score by a length from Tricky Gal.
