Toby Liston is as passionate as any breeder about the horses he brings to yearling sales.
And he has plenty of reason to be.
Liston and his family operate Three Bridges Thoroughbreds in central Victoria and will offer a select group of four yearlings at the Inglis Easter Sale that includes one of the only two Lonhro colts catalogued.
“Our goal is to offer the highest quality horses possible through the Gold Coast and Easter sales,” Liston said.
“We want to offer the elite buying bench genuine high-end racing prospects, and this draft is an excellent example of that.”
The colt catalogued as Lot 60, is out of Into The Mist and is bred on the successful Lonhro – Redoute’s Choice cross that produced G1 winner and Darley stallion Kementari.
He also represents an outstanding extended family that includes the G2 VRC Sires’ Produce Stakes winner Delago Mist and the and the G1 Newmarket Handicap winner Wanted.
A striking individual with a pedigree to match, the Lonhro colt has plenty of sentimental value to the Liston family.
“My mother has actually foaled four generations of this family down, being from one of our original loyal South Australian clients of over 17 years."
“It is a wonderful privilege to be offering another generation of the family at Easter.”
