A devastating finishing burst carried Sepoy mare Divine Quality to a dominant victory in the G3 Furphy Sprint at Flemington on Saturday, 3 November.
On a card on which Darley stallions won four Stakes races, Divine Quality stamped herself as a filly with a bright future. A member of Sepoy’s first crop, she took her record to four wins and seven placings from 13 starts.
Sepoy has now sired 11 Stakes winners including star filly Alizee.
Divine Quality, who was bred by Uluru Stud, is a member of a prolific speed family which includes the Stakes winner Vatican.
Sepoy stood his latest southern hemisphere season at Northwood Park in Victoria at a fee of $11,000, inc GST.
