Unbeaten Street Boss filly scores second Stakes victory
Three-year-old Street Boss filly Petits Filous continued her winning run at Flemington September 12, recording her second Stakes victory and remaining unbeaten in four career starts with a dominant victory in the Listed Cap D’Antibes Stakes.
With the leaders throughout the run, Petits Filous exploded away from her rivals at the 200m mark and went on to record an effortless two-length win.
Bred by Emirates Park Stud, Petits Filous is the first foal to race out of Exceed And Excel mare Excellent Lady, a half-sister to G1 winner La Bella Dama.
Street Boss, whose first Australian-bred crop average an amazing $75,000 in earnings per starter and include Stakes-winning sprinters Thiamandi and The Quarterback, is the sire of G1 winners Capo Bastone and Danza in America. He looks to have a future G1 performer in Petits Filous as well as G1-placed Street Rapper in his second Australian crop who have just turned three.
Street Boss is standing at Northwood Park at a fee of $11,000 inc. GST.
