Unbeaten World Champion Sprinter gives birth to first foal

Unbeaten Champion mare Black Caviar’s first foal is a bay filly by Champion stallion Exceed And Excel it was announced September 13.

One of the greatest racehorses to grace the turf, Black Caviar was unbeaten in 25 career starts. She won 14 G1 races and had career earnings of $8million.

Exceed And Excel was also a course record-breaking multiple G1-winning sprinter. He is the sire of nine winners at the elite level including multiple G1 winners Helmet, Guelph and Excelebration.

Exceed And Excel is standing at Kelvinside at a fee of $110,000 inc. GST while his G2-winning son Kuroshio ($8,800 inc. GST) stands alongside Helmet ($33,000 inc. GST) at Northwood Park.
