Jenny too hasty for rivals
Three-year-old Hard Spun filly Spinning Jenny became the 24th Stakes winner for her sire with a hard-fought victory in the Listed Strutt Stakes over 2100m at Hobart, February 14.

Soorena, another daughter of Suraya is the dam of G2 winner Phillipi as well as the highly-promising three-year-old Street Boss colt The Quarterback who will start one of the favourites in the G3 CS Hayes Stakes at Flemington tomorrow.
Hard Spun is now the sire of 24 Stakes winners including G1 winners Zo Impressive and Questing. He will be represented by six yearlings at the coming Melbourne Premier yearling sale and their pedigrees can be viewed by clicking here.
