Module storms home
Module stormed home in the straight to overwhelm his rivals in the Listed Bagot Handicap over 2800m at Flemington and become the 21st Stakes winner for Reset.
The Peter Gelagotis-trained seven-year-old was covered up in behind the leaders to the home turn before coming wth a big finish to win going away by one length.
Module is out of the Brocco (USA) mare Miss Helterskelter, winner of the Listed AJC Breeders' Classic and who has Set To Skelter, an unraced three-year-old brother to Module, and Helnho, a two-year-old by Lonhro.
The unbeaten Reset is now the sire of 21 Stakes winners, headed by the W S Cox Plate heroine Pinker Pinker and the VRC Derby winner Rebel Raider.
He stands at Darley Northwood Park and has two colts, both Super VOBIS qualified, entered for the forthcoming Magic Millions Sale on the Gold Coast.
