Lonhspresso sprouts wings
G2-winning Lonhro mare Lonhspresso came with a brilliant finishing burst to win the Listed Straight Six over 1200m at Flemington, May 24.
Ridden quietly, Lonhrspresso gave her opposition a big start before reeling off some brilliant closing sectionals to claim victory in the final few strides. Bernardini’s son Essay Raider was narrowly beaten in to third.
