Another winner for Time Thief
Trainer Robbie Laing has Spring aspirations for his two-year-old Time Thief colt Temps Voleur following his brilliant win in the Grand Hotel Frankston Handicap over 1000m at Sandown, June 18.
Having just his second career start, Temps Voleur settled at the rear of the field before unleashing a powerful finishing burst and recording an impressive victory.
Bred by Mrs Mary White, Temps Voleur is out of Jeune mare Babieta whose only other runner is the three-time winner and G3-placed Xaieta.
Only a day earlier, Time Thief’s son Dream Habit was an impressive winner against the older horses at Cessnock, while he also been represented by impressive New Zealand winner Copy Watch as well as Rom Baro, runner-up in the Inglis two-year-old challenge.
Time Thief is standing the coming breeding season at Kelvinside at a fee of $5,500 inc. GST.
